All visits booked by the North East Raising Aspiration Partnership (NERAP) are subject to our Terms of Booking as follows:
- The North East Raising Aspiration Partnership (NERAP) represent all five universities (Durham University, Newcastle University, Northumbria University, University of Sunderland, Teesside University) in the region, therefore individual representation is not required. NERAP reserve the right to decline or cancel a visit if any Partner university is subsequently in attendance, including after arrival.
- In order to make a booking the NERAP team need to know proposed dates and times, the desired activity, the year groups involved, and the number of students invited to take part. This information also helps the team track how many students we’re working with across the year.
- NERAP requires as much notice as possible, should there be a requirement to cancel a visit/event.
- If the necessary information to confirm a booking has not been received 14 days before activity is requested to take place, the NERAP team will attempt to contact you for this. If this is not received, the team may have to cancel the visit.
- A member of School staff is required to be present in every session delivered by NERAP for the purpose of monitoring attendance and behaviour. NERAP reserves the right to stop a session, should the delivery team feel pupils are being disruptive, or damaging any Partnership resources.
- Information stored by the NERAP Team is for the sole purpose of arranging outreach visits to schools. Should a member of staff wish to be kept on NERAP’s mailing list, this will be indicated at time of booking by ticking the appropriate box.
